Mindfulness
It's easy to stop noticing the world around us. It is also easy to lose touch with the way our bodies are feeling and to end up living "in our heads" - caught up in our thoughts without stopping to notice how those thoughts are driving our emotions and behaviour.
Mindfulness involves paying attention to what is going on inside and outside ourselves, moment by moment. An important part of mindfulness is reconnecing with our bodies and the sensations they experience. This means paying attention to the sights, sounds, smells and tastes of the present moment.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
Also known as ‘Tapping’, EFT is a powerful method to help release traumas and phobias and can change negative patterns. It can help relieve anxiety, depression and fear.
EFT is a mind-body practice that involves tapping on different acupressure points on the head and torso while saying various statements out loud. The goal of EFT tapping is to desensitise traumatic memories, calm triggering emotions, and even relieve physical pain.

Parenting Support & NVR
NVR (Non Violent Resistance) is a therapeutic parenting approach that explores the parent/child dynamics and behaviours of concern. It can help parents to create stronger relationships with their children.
The aim is to build parents' skills and confidence in supporting their children with difficult feelings and experiences which generally drive dysregulated behaviour. Parents learn how to de-escalate challenging situations, take a firm stance against behaviours of concern, and become a positive, authoritative presence in their children's lives.
